Chief Technical Advisor (CTA)

A minimum level of Master’s degree in MPA management, management of marine natural resources and biodiversity, law of the sea, legal and policy studies related to marine areas, conservation biology, conservation or management of protected areas, environmental sciences or related areas of expertise, PhD will be positively considered

At least twelve years of Professional experience, including at least eight at the international level, previous proven experience in designing and managing marine MPAs, funding MPAs, mitigating sector pressures on marine and coastal biodiversity, previous experience working with UN/UNDP and other development partners, will be positively considered, strong ability to coordinate and work as a team, including in complex environments

Knowledge of French and English at Professional level is required
