Knowledge Management and Policy Development:
Establish and implement and comprehensive M&E system with the help of international programme specialist to capture project results as well as knowledge generated by the project activities;
Identify sources of information related to policy-driven issues, identification and synthesis of best practices and lessons learnt directly linked to HLP;
Contribute to UNDP global knowledge networks and communities of practice.

Required Skills and Experience
Master’s Degree or equivalent, in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Affairs, Political Science, Social Sciences or related field;
First level university degree in combination with an additional 2 years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
2 years of progressive work experience working with national or international organisations in the area of project management, social development, social cohesion, conflict management;
Experience of working on HLP related projects will be an asset.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
