Organizational Setting
The post is located in the Shared Services Centre. The Shared Services Centre (SSC) recommends and administers process management and procedures that need to be executed effectively; ensure the management of quality assurance activities associated with the transactional processes and implementation of service delivery; continuously improve the satisfaction of its customers, internal or external, while pursuing a continuous improvement agenda that will drive up service excellence while driving down the costs of service delivery through process standardization, process automation and self-service capabilities
The SSC is a key user and stakeholder of the organizational Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, consisting of Oracle eBusiness Suite and Business Intelligence platform and a number of satellite systems. The SSC is responsible for a large number of ERP processes and contributes to the evolution of the ERP System (and other systems) and its alignment with the business needs of the Organization.
Reporting Lines
The Continuous Improvement Specialist reports to the Senior Continuous Improvement Officer in SSC and works in close collaboration with the Digitalization and Informatics Division (CSI).

Functional and technical support and coordination for Business Continuous Improvements
Tasks and responsibilities
Contributes to identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency of business processes; review and analyse solutions, working with process owners and other subject matter experts to identify scope of processes to be examined, define business requirements, establish success criteria;
Contributes to the prioritization of enhancement requests related to the Organization’s ERP in collaboration with CSI and policy owners;
Supports functional analysts and contribute to functional configuration of the following ERP modules: Supplier Master Management, Procurement, Purchasing and Accounts Payable;
Works closely with key stakeholders to further improve the use of the Oracle ERP capabilities and well as self-service functions and to ensure compliant definition of internal processes;
Identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions, working with process owners and other subject matter experts to identify scope of processes to be examined, defines business requirements, establishes success criteria;
Supports the preparation of work plans and monitor progress to ensure delivery of process and system improvement initiatives as per organizational needs and agreed priorities;
Coordinates rollout of changes/improvements including testing, and communication plans, training material and
other aspects of capacity building that contribute to continuous improvement;
Prepares testing plans and scripts for functional requirements and coordinates testing activities with stakeholders and concerned business units and collects information on validation of result;
Develops project plans, provides timely and accurate status reports/updates designed to track achievements and raise risks/issues with management and partners;
Facilitates communications and change management.
CANDIDATES WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE FOLLOWING
Minimum Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or other communication related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administration and project coordination and support
Working knowledge (C level) of English and limited knowledge (B level) of a second FAO language (French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese or Russian) required. For PSA.SBS working knowledge of English will be sufficient

Selection criteria
Cross-functional knowledge of administrative processes in the context of complex ERP systems
Experience of functional configuration of any of the following ERP modules: Supplier Master Management, Procurement, Purchasing and Accounts Payable
Experience with Workflow Management applications (including third-party) and their system/platform integration with Oracle EBS or Cloud infrastructure
Experience with application of artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics and digital process automation
Support experience in implementing business transformation initiatives related to ERP environments
Mind-set to leverage digital technology in line with best practices
