Organizational Setting and Reporting
The Division of Administration/Human Resources Management Section internship is for a period of two to six months depending on the needs of the division. The internship is UNPAID and full-time. Interns work five days per week (35 hours) under the supervision of a staff member in the division or office to which they are assigned.
Daily responsibilities will depend on the individual’s background and the intern’s assigned office as well as the internship period. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Conducting HR data analytics
Working on gender parity goals and implementation plan
Assisting in the development of management dashboards
Examining HR process workflows to propose improvements and changes
Compiling statistics in recruitment, staff administration, training and development
Coordinating with different stakeholders
Assistance in drafting and preparing official documents
Providing administrative support to ongoing projects
